Registration and Orders
Generally, you may use this website without providing any personal information. However, to order HMR® weight-loss foods, including participation in HMR at Home®, or to request additional information about Princeton Weight Management Center and its programs and services, you will be asked to provide personal information through a registration or other “sign-in” process. In some cases, you will create a permanent User ID through your email address and a password. In all cases where you wish to purchase weight-loss foods, you will provide your name, shipping and billing address, credit card information, phone number and email address. We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. We will also use this information to contact you about related items, or to provide additional information about our products, programs and services, including through our program newsletter and, if you choose, through phone calls available to weight-loss food purchasers. If you choose to receive our newsletter, we will send you specific information about Princeton Weight Management Center and its products, programs and services. In some cases, there may be follow-up contact generated through this information completion. In other cases, you may voluntarily share personal information about yourself and your weight-loss efforts and experiences.
Princeton Weight Management Center is the sole owner of the information collected on this website.
Uses of Information
We use the personal information you provide to process and fill your weight-loss foods and other product orders, keep in communication with you regarding processing, delivery and billing of all orders, including taking additional orders and to provide additional information regarding our products, programs and services. We will also use this information to identify purchasing trends, traffic to our website, and sales and marketing information. In some cases, we may speak to you on the phone to provide weight-management counseling when you join HMR at Home, or to provide or share information when you complete and forward an Request for Information Form.
To the extent that you provide us with personal information from your weight-loss experience as a member of HMR at Home® or otherwise as an Inquiry Contact party, we may use such data for the purpose of evaluating and further developing the HMR at Home Program® and similar self-directed weight-loss programs. We may also use such data in aggregate form in publications about Princeton Weight Management Center and to evaluate the efficacy of our weight-loss programs and system. Any use of such data will not include disclosure of personally identifiable information about you or anyone that provides such data about themselves, and only non-identifying group or aggregate information will be published or otherwise disclosed.
In some cases, persons in our programs have been asked or volunteered to provide individual “testimonials” about their experience. Testimonials typically contain a great deal of personal information and are only used when very specific consent is given by the person providing the testimonial. Information collected from you through this website will never be used for this purpose unless you and Princeton Weight Management Center agree, and you provide a specific and clear consent to use and publish the testimonial.
Communications from the Site
Newsletters
Princeton Weight Management Center will publish a newsletter to provide information about our programs, products and services and related weight-loss information. We will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. You may, however, unsubscribe from the newsletter if you choose. Please see the CHOICE/OPT-OUT section.
Service-Related Announcements
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email, or if there is something you need to know about your order.
There is no option to opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature and are directly related to orders or other requests from you.
Customer Service
Apart from subscribing to our newsletter, we will communicate with you from time to time in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email or telephone, as we determine what best suits the situation.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We share both personally identifiable information and information that does not identify individual users to third parties (referred to as aggregate information). In all cases, such sharing of personally identifiable information is necessary to provide you with the opportunity to place online orders of HMR weight-loss foods and other HMR products®, become a member of HMR at Home® through online registration and receive information from Princeton Weight Management Center through submission of information. Princeton Weight Management Center may also use and publish aggregate data relating to the weight-loss experience of HMR at Home® members or others sharing their weight-loss experience with us and may use aggregate data to evaluate purchasing trends and patterns and better evaluate our business performance and operations. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Agents
We use one or more outside shipping companies to deliver orders, and one or more credit card processing companies to bill you for goods and services. We may use other agents for similar purposes, as needed, from time to time. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any purposes in connection with information you provide to this website except to process, deliver, bill and collect on the orders you place.
Service Providers
We use a software consultant and a website hosting company to help us operate this website and deliver goods and services to you. We may use other service providers for similar purposes, as needed, from time to time. In rendering these services, these service providers will or may have access to some or all personally identifiable information that you provide through this website. These service providers are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.
CHOICE/OPT-OUT

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We use session cookies for every visitor to the website. These cookies never store any personal information and track a randomly generated session ID number that follows your use during an individual visit to the website. We will also use a session cookie for any weight-loss food purchasers who link to this website from HMR’s® corporate website so that we can better analyze information about such linking users and their purchases.
If you purchase weight-loss foods, or request information through our website, we set a persistent cookie to store your personally identifiable information, User ID and password so you do not have to enter it more than once. Persistent cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our website.
If you reject cookies, you may still use our website, but your ability to use some areas of our website may be limited or unavailable.

In some places on this website, there are links to the HMR® corporate website at www.hmrprogram.com. This website is also owned and controlled by HMR® . If your personally identifiable information changes, you may correct or update it by following the instructions. It is your responsibility to provide us with any changes.
